Membership options explained
Standard Adult: 18-55 years of age
Concession: – Over 55 years of age, Affiliated with Branston Community Academy, or a Student. Child: 5-18 years of age (restrictions apply)
Can I use the facilities during school hours?
At this point in time the facilities are not available for public use during school hours. Please refer to the opening hours.
Is the fitness centre open during school holidays?
Yes, but times are subject to change, and will be updated on the website.
What happens on my first visit?
On your first visit to our centre you will be given a brief tour of our facilities, familiarising yourself with the building and it’s procedures and have any questions you may have answered. If upon signing up you ticked that you required an induction then you will proceed onto the induction. If however you are happy to begin training you are free to use the facilities. There is always a member of staff on hand to help out and answer any questions you may have.
How do I book in for classes and gym sessions?
Gym sessions and classes can be booked by simply contacting the fitness team during opening hours on 01522 880425
Drinking water can either be purchased at the gym desk along with certain supplements, water bottles can be filled at the water fountain located in the gym.
Are there lockers available?
Lockers are provided in our changing rooms and require a £1 coin or a trolley token which is returned. Outside the gym doors is a smaller valuables locker big enough for phones, wallets, keys and jewellery etc.
Are children allowed in?
Children from the ages of 5-16 must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool.
Children below the age of 14 may not be allowed in the gym to train. Children between the ages of 14-16 must have a gym introduction.
Can I get a personalised training programme?
Yes, whether you had an induction or not you may wish to have a training programme developed to get the most from your workout. These are free of charge as part of your membership and you may update your programme as many times as you like.
