Monday – Friday: 6:30AM – 9AM and 6:00PM – 9PM
Saturday: 11AM – 4PM Sunday: 9AM – 3PM
Sunday: 3PM – 4PM (Ladies Only)–boys up to the age of 8 allowed if accompanied by an adult.–

Saturday: 8:30AM – 11AM (Children)
Saturday: 1PM – 2PM
Sunday: 11AM – 12:30PM
Swimming is a great form of all-round exercise. It’s ideal if you want to be more active and stay healthy, whatever your age or ability. Regular swimming can reduce the risk of chronic illnesses, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and stroke. It can also boost your mood and keep your weight under control. Swimming is a lifelong skill that could save a life. If you can’t swim, it’s never too late to learn.
Over the years the pool has been extensively developed and now boasts electronic pool covers and a digital filtration and heating system.
The pool is always fully lifeguarded.
